With that I would like to acknowledge the founding President Gustav Gous for his great efforts and all the sacrifices he made to represent us at a variety of conferences. Our ability to have made it into the Global Speakers Federation within our founding year is unprecedented and we aim to continue challenging the way people think about how things are done as we go forward. Namibia is special and we intend to use the next year to show the world just how special we can be.
This is also the thinking I would like my fellow board members and association members to take into the year to come as we are aiming to maximise the benefit to our members. It is with this mindset that we are building up to the AGM that is planned for end of September. As mentioned, the aim will be on solidifying the benefit offering to our members so that all the members take advantage of the huge benefits available to them. I believe that the team we have together is capable to highlight the existent benefits and introduce even more exciting benefits.
I will be visiting the German Speakers Association Conference in Satzburg Austria beginning of September. My aim there will be to network and invite some exciting speakers to assist us in upping our game and to look out for more benefits for our members. I trust that there will be some exciting feedback from that conference. While on the subject of Conferences, many of our members have indicated that they will be going to the Global Speakers Summit 2018 in New Zealand on the 23-28 Feb 2018. This promises to be a life changing experience that I would recommend trying to attend.
I trust to have some exciting feedback from Salzburg when we speak again.
